1. Personal data is not gathered without consent.
   Only after clarification regarding purpose of use will personal data be requested.
   Personal data will not be used for any purpose other than that stated below in item 4.
2. Aside from contracted mail handlers, personal data will never be disclosed to 3rd parties.
3. It is made clear to contracted mail handlers that personal information is not to be gathered or disclosed.
4. Hiroshima YMCA will only use personal data for the following purposes:
   • send materials related to conducing programs
   • contact individuals about program related matters
   • provide information about upcoming program plans
   • provide information about YMCA or affiliated organization's events
   • send documents, reports or records
