Hiroshima YMCA Art School offers fine-art classes to children through adults who have an interest in pursuing art as a hobby and developing an appreciation for fine-art. Individuals are encouraged to engage themselves in the world of art in a happy and free-spirited manner. Those with interest are welcome to join any of the art classes and do a free trial lesson. (Please contact the school to make a request.)
Children who pursue the study of fine-arts will soon develop a keen sensitivity to color and the nuances of lines and shapes to be able to express themselves creatively. Students will cultivate artistic skill and gain confidence as they produce their drawings, paintings and works. Constructive feedback is a valuable part of the experience and is regularly provided to gain a sense of accomplishment and success. Through experiencing fine-art, one's inner potential will unfold.
