Hiroshima YMCA is actively engaged in the worldwide YMCA movement that operates in 120 countries and territories. Hiroshima YMCA has links with many YMCAs abroad and works through these partnerships to foster international cooperation, conduct intercultural exchanges, enhance mutual understanding, and build global citizens and leaders. At the same time, many service programs and activities are conducted within the local community. People of all ages and walks of life are welcome to participate and volunteer. Hiroshima YMCA aims toward nurturing the development of youth, contributing to the formation of a caring community, and working for the realization of world peace as is stated in its mission. Hiroshima YMCA Global Community Center calls upon individuals and corporations to become Supporting Members and assist in putting these goals into practice.

Hiroshima YMCA is located in central Hiroshima city (Hatchobori), and is a 3-minute walk from Tatemachi bus and streetcar stops.
